THE POWER OF GROWING 1% EVERYDAY

 

1.     Start with tiny achievable goal                                                                                                       Advice: break your big goals tiny into small, manageable tasks that canbe completed  daily. Focus on one specific are’a of improvement at a time.                             Example: if you want to improve your fitness, start with a 10-minute walk daily and increase it by a minute or two each week

                                                                                                                                                                    

2.     Build consistency over intensity                                                                                                     Advice: consistency beats intensity it’s better to make small, regular improvement rather than overwhelming your self with huge, unsustainable effort.                                                                                                                                                      Example: if you’re workingon improving your writing, aim to write  200 words daily. Focus on showing up every day rather than striving for perfection.

 

3.     Reflect and adjust  regularly.                                                                                                               Advice: take time to reflect on you’re your daily progress and make adjustment as needed.use these reflection to identify what’s working  and what is requires fin-tuning.                                                                                                                 Example: if your goal is to learn a new language, tract your weekly progress in vocabulary and adapt your study techniques if certain methods prove less effection.
